 Ingredients: water, wheat flour, rye flour, rye sourdough, pregelatinized rye flour, pregelatinized corn flour, yeast, iodized salt, acidity regulator acetic acid, caraway seeds, fennel, coriander. May contains soy.

  Preparation:  Defrost at room temperature for 60min. Before baking steam for 5-8 seconds. Bake in an oven for 10 - 12 min. at 190 - 200 C / 375 - 392 F.
