Shipping Policy
We only ship our products to addresses ( no PO Boxes ) in 48 states of the USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and any international destinations.
Note: UPS does not deliver, and we do not ship on the following six holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
During “checkout” (before you need to provide a payment) you can get an estimate of shipping charges. Orders are shipped from 34500 US-45 Unit S, Third Lake, IL 60030.
Ordering and Processing Your Order
European Food & Gifts is an online store, and the majority of our orders are processed via our website. In addition to online ordering, we offer several other ways to place an order: by fax, phone, or regular mail. If you’re experiencing troubleshooting issues with our page or prefer a different method of ordering, please contact our customer service department.

Please note: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your email inbox after placing your order to ensure that you received the order confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please contact us at info@europeanfoodandgifts.com. We will not be responsible for any delays or costs in delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses.
All orders are shipped from Third Lake, IL Monday through Friday. Orders take 1 to 4 days to arrive. Orders with perishable products are shipped on Mondays only. Perishable orders received late in the week will be held for shipment on the following Monday. This type of order takes 1 to 2 days to arrive. If you don’t receive your order by the end of Thursday, please contact us via email at info@europeanfoodandgifts.com with the order number.
Shipping Methods
Shipping charges are based on current shipping rates, the weight of products and required dry ice. UPS.com produces a live quote during checkout based on the destination zip code and weight of the package. Please understand that we ship with dry ice to keep your product frozen throughout transit. This does affect the cost of shipping but ensures that your items will arrive in excellent condition.
Your delivery options include: UPS Ground (1 to 5 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days*)
All sales are final. By purchasing this product, you agree that European Food & Gifts is not responsible for any spoilage during transit due to delays or any other reason.

Shipping Rules
To ensure delivery, we require complete and accurate addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We will gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Please note: europeanfoodandgifts.com is not responsible for any delivered package that is lost or stolen. However, we ask that you notify us via email at info@europeanfoodandgifts.com of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please do not discard any items while a case is being investigated. Please do not refuse a package. Please do not return a package.
Important Information about Changes to Orders: Please note that all changes to orders must be communicated to our customer service team by 11:59PM CST the Sunday before your order shipping week. Any change requests made after that are not guaranteed.

Products are available for purchase online
europeanfoodandgifts.com strives to ensure that our customers receive only the highest-quality and freshest produce. Unfortunately, some items are seasonal and not available year-round, so we cannot guarantee consistent stock of every item in your order. We will happily call you if an out-of-stock item is on your order and recommend substitutes for any out-of-stock products in your order. If you choose not to have substitutions made, we will process without the out-of-stock item and refund you for it.
Shipping Refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. Exceptions: special cases that involve returning merchandise may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Please contact our customer service department to receive further information.
