ALICJA W KRAINIE CZARÓW

Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson) - British writer, poet, mathematician and photographer. He was born on January 27, 1832 in Daresbury. He wrote about 250 scientific works in the field of mathematics, but his novel Alice in Wonderland and its sequel Through the Looking Glass brought him fame. Both books, mixing fairy-tale and realistic elements, gained great popularity among both children and adults. He died on January 14, 1898 in Guildford. Alice in Wonderland is a fascinating story about the adventures of a little girl who goes through a rabbit hole to a surprising world where everything is extraordinary. There she meets the White Rabbit, who mistakes her for a maid and tells her to bring gloves and a fan, the Duchess dropping off a baby who soon turns into a piglet, the disappearing Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter and the March Hare. The girl accidentally goes to trial in which she becomes a witness, but during the interrogation she is sentenced to death. Will Alice avoid punishment and manage to return home?
