Animals in Need is a series of fictionalized stories whose main characters are animals. The publications are warm stories that sensitize young readers to the fate and harm of defenseless animals. They show children that they also have the same right to a happy life as people and no one should deprive them of this right. Two boys - Kajtek and Adam - spend their holidays with their parents in sunny Hawaii. In this paradise place they experience many adventures, including helping a dolphin that got entangled in a fishing line. The boys make friends with a nice creature and get to know the world of nature more and more, thanks to which they deepen their knowledge about ecology and environmental protection and get involved in the campaign against the creation of a dolphinarium
